Design, fabricate and install a pick up device at the outlet end of the tumbler. This created an air curtain that protected the worker's faces and controlled breathing space. This process was incorporated on all twelve tumblers which were tied into a manifold duct exiting to a dust collector.

Fabricate tables with suction inlets at the rear of the welding table that pulled fumes away from workers and into the dust collector dcted inlet valves.


Case Study #3: Eaton Corporation Problem for company employees: Burnt oil fumes lingering within workspace during manufacturing process. IAS Solution:
Provide an enclosed housing at each of the process workstations to create a negative air flow area. This, in turn, kept fumes at bay and were drawn into a mist collector.
